Q. How do i check the status of my order?

A. Upon placing your order please allow up to 5 business days to have your order processed. Your package(s) will be packed and shipped out from our fulfilment warehouses as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email. To check the status of your order please send use the contact form on our website or send us an email at crystalleafinfo@gmail.com and we will do the best we can to help. If you did not receive an email notification please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, and an additional 3 days to be shipped out. Our fulfilment centres are located around the world and so shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks. Shipping times vary dependant on the country.

Q. Why does shipping have to take so long?

A. To give our customers prices significantly lower than the competitors some products are shipped straight from the supplier! The unfortunate downside to this is shipping may take slightly longer.

Q. I ordered two products but I have only received one, where is my other item?

A. Since we have a wide range of varying products it is possible your items are not shipped from the same warehouse. Don't worry it is quite normal to receive one item a few days before the other.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes! We offer wordwide shipping to ensure everyone can enjoy their shopping experience.

Q. Is my personal information secure?

A. Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card details, it will only be used to make a one-time purchase and afterwards your information will be purged.

Q. How do i order?

A. Simply find the product you are interested in and click the 'Add to cart' button. Just fill in your shipping and billing information and complete your order. 

Q. Does Crystal Leaf offer a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A. Yes! If for any reason you are not satisfied or the product is damaged then contact us immediately. Rest assured we will do all we can to make sure you have the best shopping experience!

Q. Will I get a refund if I don't like the product?

A. Of course! We are proud to offer a full 30 day refund on your order if we have let you down in some way. Just make sure and send us a message and let us know.
